Would you hate your parents for being the reason your sibling died?

I hate my father for my brother's suicide, simply because his presence was a contributing factor. He's a drain on all those around him, and despite being 20 years my senior, my brother never stopped seeking his approval.

They can still be living parents, only having been incompetent in one scenario thus leading to the siblings death. Needs more context.
