Probably because the idea of it alone disturbs any sane adult in general. Also teen pregnancies puts a lot of stress on parents.

The difference being people who are above the age of teen will get involved and be like "well they'd just be waiting anyway so why not allow two consenting people to have sex?" It's just an excuse for pedophilia.

I feel like you shouldn't have sex until you are mature enough to know about all the consequences that comes with having sex and you're well educated about how to protect yourself from STI and getting pregnant or getting someone pregnant and as far as pleasuring yourself, I'd rather my teen do that then to go have sex way before they're ready
