Until about a year ago, there were no other Gay person in entire family as we know, I was the ONLY one that is Gay and then my cousin from my dad's side of the family turns out to be Trans (a Female transitioning to be a male) I thought, how cool! She's much younger than me. I'm old enough, people would consider me to be her dad's if they knew my age and yet will think she and I are brother & sister if they see us out together in public due to my youthful looks.

Some time ago, I think back in 2019, my best friend had posted on social media that he was "very tired," along with a drawing of someone holding a knife. One of his friends from back home saw it and she had immediately contacted the local police. We were bombarded with flashlights at 2AM. If they hadn't done that when he was so asleep, I'd hate to imagine how I'd have woken up next to him that morning because he had tried to overdose on my pain medication that night. To this day, I still feel that the police may have saved his life that night just by forcing him to wake up and talk to them. If you're that concerned about him, ask the local police to do a wellness check. If they think he's that bad off, they'd try getting him help right away. If he's under 18, he has no choice but to comply. My friend had just turned 18, and he could have left on his own if he wanted, but the hospital kept him there. I stayed with him even after they transferred him to the facility where he'd get the help he needed, and because of that, our bond grew stronger. We're even boyfriends now, although I admit that some days there are still challenges and complications.
