Good idea, but it's only suitable for a country like China, not a sub continent like India, southern part of Indian it won't connect with North part of India the same for northeast and all Indians are not sync with one common language till now, so how it's possible, either you can sell this idea to any political parties to add there portfolio, to do some fake promises 🙂
