I get that way sometimes as well. You don't need new friends ifvthe ones you have are good already. We all go through moments of feeling lonely(even when we are surrounded by people). Overthinkers go through this more often though. I believe it's because we get into our own heads and over analyze everything. Doing this can make us feel alienated. Higher levels of intelligence can also bring about loneliness and increased sadness. But just remember you are not alone.
