@IIDetrixIII am a video editor scared to market myself. Should I wait or go for it?
I had edit videos in the past for friends and school and graduated with a BFA in Film & Cinematograp hy. I know I need to create an ad to showcase my skills in order to receive clients but I'm extremely anti social. I feel like maybe you can do it! However, garnering some more experience under your belt if you're really nervous might help a little 👀 I recommend Castingcall.club it's a site for voice actors, Editors, animators, singers, and actors to audition and put their reels out for managers and content creators. It's a good place to start your portfolio and add to your experience with projects!

Yes with a pick your left hand will get bruised from pushing down on the frets but after words it gets easier. If you decide to finger pick, take it slow because u can bleed if u end up going hours practicing. Eventually ur fingers should harden and the calluses will go away. Just let it heal like a muscle needs to heal or anything in ur body
