I think the best trait I'd comment respect, meaning you give the same respect to everyone for the right actions and words , that way they earned it and you don't believe in superiority complex, you don't excuse there disrespect just cause there old ,higher position,wear a uniform, tounger , or anything else, you give the respect there earn by every word and action they do right in every moment ,
