You don’t have to agree. I just would’ve loved back then. Much more maternal. I would definitely not enjoy the middle east and not being allowed to leave my house and having to wear hijab and not being allowed to talk to other men so i’m good. I’m happy as i am now. But it’s just my opinion that it’d be fun. Plus again i wouldn’t choose an abusive husband

And i’m on meds for it lol. Drugs and Alchohol weren’t known to be as bad back then so more tried it. Some men abused their wives just as some do today. And that’s fcked up. Still wanna go back in time. Courting and balls and gowns and promenades and elegance will forever be my dream. I want a handsome young duke or a lord who treats me like a princess in my romance novels. Now we don’t have court or social events like that. We just have men expecting things from women that would NOT be expected back then. It’d be fun to live then.

We already are "advanced" surpiror tech already exists but is not in public use, same with health, education etc etc intill the bourwasgie or elite class have the demand and profit motives to hence make a superior thing public then they will if its not it will be replaced eith something with profit / demand. Its how the captilsit system works. If there is more demand and profit for skin care products vs a cure for cancer the bourwasgie will naturally favour the creation of skincare products instead of saving hundreds of millons of life's of those with cancer or at risk of it.
