Lol, the typical misinterpretation. 90% of murderers are men. 1 out of 3 women and girls have experienced sexual assault. Therefore, if it was either ANY MAN or ANY BEAR the BEAR would be acting out of instinct and killing the women out of defense. A RANDOM MAN could literally do ANYTHING to that woman including sexually assault her, and lock her away in a dark shed to keep alive to continue to assault her. With the 90% murder rate and the 1 and 3 women being sexually assaulted, I wouldn't like those odds either! Your assessment is misguided.

I did a little digging through your profile to try and find your interest. I saw romance thriller plus spice. The best I came up with was childhood romance. Maybe the guy dies/ disappears. The girl is broken and obsessed. The girl meets a new partner that looks like her “lost love” and tries to mold/ manipulate them into becoming them. Maybe you can bring back the “lost love” in a way he’s not recognizable to the girl and make some toxic love triangle or he was always the same guy and he’s just different than how she remembers him. Idk just spitballing
