Do girls have a hidden advantage in getting a job/new work?

Sometimes its yes sometimes its no. I agree on the fact that people sometimes dont consider girls for the role who consists of more work pressure. Sometimes on the name of diversity hiring girls get more advantage over boys!

I think it’s the opposite. People fear hiring girls for roles which have longer hours or more strained work environment.

My first is like every year a taxi or a humble grandma 👵 on a trip anywhere she just like in a weak voice "I need more water💧"just bruh I am always the driver of her electric Mercedes and and never in my diesel polo with twin turbo I installed myself and she like "OMG that's a piece of poop *looks under the hood* OMG a turboooooooo 😄 🤣 😂 😆
