@PhoenixCarols We all have our reasons, and their reasons whatever they may have been, won. A Truce can be honorable.. what's the issue? I know what the war was about and how it occurred. I was the one who gave the example. All I said was, let it go. People have their opinions it shouldn't effect you because it's just a person on the internet. Where is this going? I understand your perspective but a system without disagreement is communist ideology. Let it go and accept the differences, discuss solutions and find common ground. That's all I said... why am I in thr crosshairs for trying to keep the peace? 💀

I tried to extract the context from his perspective alone and simply worded it out saying "that's what he is" I clearly mentioned I don't know you side. My expectation was you'd tell me what the initial argument was and which I still don't know what is it about. And if you look back at my texts, all of my texts mention how I'm only saying "don't let people ruin your mood, if they aren't willing to change their mind" I don't like commenting here, if you want to find closure we can Goss, where we can be our best selves.

Nevertheless, those who had experienced it would never forget the memories of that little moment of tranquility." - The Internet Besides the truce was possible back then for following reasons - 1) presence of no man's land which is not possible today cause even the internet world is a private area. 2) the soldiers were tired they needed rest to start fighting again with rejuvenated enthusiasm !

Why are you not neutral or unbiased here ? I can have my own disagreements right, why do I have to agree with the rest all the time ? Firstly, it is even in our own nation that democracy is not practised. Whoever is in the ruling party government or have money have tried to strictly suppress opposition, diversity, other political ideologies through direct or indirect methods. IT cells and NEET conducted by NTA being the recent examples. More or less authoritarianism is followed in every country in the facade of majoritarian democratic system which is majorly non existent . Prove me wrong

Secondly, the ideology you are speaking about is fascism that does not allow disagreements. So I disagree with you in this regard. Thirdly, I have not said the truce is dishonorable. I am just trying to show how funnily diplomacy failed everytime 🫡🫡. 4thly just because you have cited an historic example does not mean no one else have the right to talk about it. This is the reality👍. "The high leadership of both sides intervened right away to ensure that fraternization and similar ceasefires would not take place in the same way following the truce. "
