Jo bhaasha seekhni ho seekho, the more languages you know the more effectively you can communicate with people, English is the most spoken language around the world so in order to spread ideas and to communicate effectively with a larger audience, English to aani chahiye, but agar kisiko nahi seekhni ho to na seekhe, it's their own free will. At the end of the day, all language is, is a means of communication. Needn't complicate things so much.
